Considered to be the fastest car in the world, the Bugatti Veyron is available for rent for £ 16,500 (approximately $26,000 USD) for a day. If the same is needed for a week, the cost can go up to £45,000 ( approximately $70,366.50 USD). It is interesting to point here that apart from Bugatti Veyron the car rental companies have been trying hard to get some other exclusive cars in this fleet.  The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 joins the list of luxury rentals that includes the ’07 BMW M6 Convertible, Lotus Elise, and the Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe. These cars are not cheap to purchase or rent.  However, none of the cars available for rent can match the class and performance of the Bugatti Veyron. It is the fastest street-legal production car in the world, with a proven top speed of over 400 km/h.  The Veyron features a W16 engine which is equivalent to two narrow-angle V8 engines mated in a vee configuration. It uses special Michelin run-flat tires designed specifically for the Veyron to accommodate the vehicle’s top speed.  With all these features and qualities the car is naturally expensive and that’s why the exorbitant rental. Like everything else that is most expensive, the Veyron is not for everyone and perhaps this explains the £ 16,500 rent for a day ride. |
